We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Nutrithings. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read this policy carefully before making a return.

 

  1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility:

To make a return, the following conditions must be met:

- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

- Item must be in original packaging.

・Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the product. 

 

1.2 Returns process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Please contact our customer service team at info@nutrithings.com or +91-9643080808 to let us know your intention to return.

- Our customer service team will provide detailed instructions and return authorization if required.

- Pack the item securely, including all original accessories and documents.

- Our shipping partner will pick up your package using a trackable shipping method.  

 

1.3 Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

  1. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, color, or size, please return the unwanted item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately. Depending on your request and product availability, we will replace or refund the product. 

 

  1. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 trade days of accepting the returned item. It would be ideal if you note that it may take 8-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or installment provider.

We reserve the right to update or modify this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
